Job Description

Job Summary:  The Recruitment On-Boarding Coordinator supports the Human Resources Team with a wide range of HR responsibilities. This position assists with monitoring and maintaining employee files, certifications and other compliance documentation, on boarding new hires, recruiting day to day task. This position will assist and coordinate various projects, meetings, and assignments.

Job Responsibility:  Manage the applicant tracking system, prescreen candidates, assist with employee referrals and new hire processing.
* Post open positions internally and externally
* Identify new recruitment sources
* Assist with and attend job fairs
* Screen resumes, pre-screen candidates
* Track and trend applicants and applicant sources
* Continually analyze recruitment efforts and make recommendations for necessary changes
* Order drug screenings and background checks
* Compile and administer on-boarding documents to IT and Facilities
* Coordinate start dates and orientation with management
Coordinate and complete employee paperwork, required verifications, filing and organizing employee paperwork. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
* Gather and record all necessary documentation for employee file
* Verify certifications and licensing for primary source
* Organize and maintain employee files
* Provide assistance to compliance and other HR audits
* Provide administrative support for HR VP, Managers, and Generalists
* Onboard new employees with all new hire paperwork
* Administer and conduct orientation
* Work on specialized projects

Expected Outcome(s):
* New positions are posted internally and externally within 2 days of position opening.
* New recruitment sources are continuously researched and identified.
* All resumes are screened qualified candidates are forwarded to appropriate supervisor within two days of receipt.
* Resume databases are searched at least once weekly for qualified candidates.
* Background checks and reference checks are completed on every final applicant.
* HR Director is informed out routinely of recruitment outcomes and any issues related to filling open positions.
* Candidates are pre-screened and tested when required.
* Ensure all screenings are completed before a new hire is cleared to start employment
* Every employee file be complete and filed accurately
* All compliance documentation is recorded and save
* Licenses and certifications are verified
* Specialized projects are completed in the deadline provided
* Organized employee on-boarding date

High School Diploma or equivalent GED Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Healthcare Management preferred

HR experience in a health or insurance field preferred
